摘 要:胃癌是消化系统常见的癌症,致死率较高。肿瘤细胞发生远处转移是导致治疗失败和患者死亡的主要原因之一。寻找胃癌转移的治疗靶点,对于提高患者的生存率意义重大。最近大量研究表明长链非编码RNA(LncRNA)与胃癌的转移密切相关,它们参与了胃癌转移的多种生物学过程。该文对LncRNA调控胃癌转移的研究进展进行综述,旨在为理解胃癌转移的发生机制提供理论基础。Gastric cancer is a common cancer of the digestive system with a high mortality rate.Distant metastasis of tumor cells is one of main causes of treatment failure and patient death.Finding therapeutic targets for gastric cancer metastasis is of great significance for improving the survival rate of patients.A large number of recent studies have shown that long non-coding RNAs(LncRNAs) are closely related to the metastasis of gastric cancer,and they are involved in various biological processes of gastric cancer metastasis.Therefore,this article reviews the research progress in the regulation of gastric cancer metastasis by LncRNA,in order to provide a theoretical basis for understanding the mechanism of gastric cancer metastasis.
