黄连舒胃汤联合三联疗法治疗脾胃湿热证幽门螺杆菌性胃炎临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨黄连舒胃汤联合常规三联疗法治疗脾胃湿热证幽门螺杆菌性胃炎患者的临床疗效。方法:选取福建霞浦福宁医院2021年3月至2022年3月期间收治的120例脾胃湿热证幽门螺杆菌性胃炎患者,随机分为对照组与观察组,各60例。对照组患者给予三联疗法,观察组患者给予黄连舒胃汤联合三联疗法,观察比较两组患者治疗效果。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率为96.36%,高于对照组的83.64%,且观察组患者治疗后幽门螺杆菌阳性率为7.27%,低于对照组的27.27%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者各项中医证候积分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者血清白细胞介素–10(IL–10)、转化生长因子β1(TGF–β1)、IL–17水平均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采取黄连舒胃汤联合三联疗法治疗脾胃湿热证幽门螺杆菌性胃炎患者,可改善其血清炎症因子水平,还能够降低中医证候积分以及幽门螺杆菌阳性率,提高临床疗效。Objective To investigate Huanglian Shuwei decoction combined with conventional triple therapy in the treatment of spleen stomach damp heat syndrome helicobacter pylori gastritis patients.Methods A total of 120 patients with helicobacter pylori gastritis with spleen stomach damp heat syndrome admitted to Fujian Xiapu Funing Hospital from March 2021 to March 2022were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given triple therapy,and the observation group was given Huanglian Shuwei decoction combined with triple therapy.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.36%,higher than 83.64%of the control group,and the positive rate of helicobacter pylori in the observation group was 7.27%,lower than 27.27%of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,serum interleukin-10(IL-10),transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)and IL-17 levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Huanglian Shuwei decoction combined with conventional triple therapy in the treatment of spleen stomach damp heat syndrome helicobacter pylori gastritis patients,can improve the levels of serum inflammatory factors,reduce the TCM syndrome score and the positive rate of helicobacter pylori,and improve the clinical efficacy.
