深层光谱治疗仪在治疗面神经炎中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探究深层光谱治疗仪治疗面神经炎的效果,为临床治疗面神经炎提供一种新方法。方法:选取2021年9月~2022年2月在苏州高新区人民医院接受治疗的符合条件的20例面神经炎患者,随机分为对照组和试验组,对照组接受常规治疗,试验组在此基础上使用深层光谱治疗仪治疗一个月,对比两组治疗前后的H-B分级、portmann评分以及面部残疾指数来观察疗效。结果:治疗一个月后,两组H-B分级、portmann评分以及面部残疾指数与治疗前相比显著改善(P<0.05),且试验组H-B分级、portmann评分以及面部残疾指数与对照组相比有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:深层光谱治疗仪能够改善患者的面肌运动功能以及生活质量,具有一定推广价值。Objective:To explore the effect of deep spectrum therapy instrument on facial neuritis,and to provide a new method for clinical treatment of facial neuritis.Methods:Twenty patients with facial neuritis who met the experimental conditions and were treated in the internship hospital from September 2021 to February 2022 were selected,and all of them were randomly divided into control and trial groups.The control group received conventional treatment.The experimental group was treated with deep spectrum therapy instrument for one month.Then,H-B grade,portmann score and facial disability index of the two groups before and after treatment were compared to observe the curative effect.Results:After one month of treatment,H-B grade,portmann score and facial disability index were significantly improved in both groups(P<0.05).There were significant differences in H-B grade,portmann score and facial disability index between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Deep spectrum therapy instrument can improve facial muscle motor function and quality of life of patients,which has a certain popularization value.
