摘　　要：As technical service provider,non-fungible token(NFT)digital work trading platforms directly gain economic benefits from transactions,and thus the platform should assume higher prior censorship obligation,bounded by the obligations due to a good administrator.When NFT digital work trading platforms bear the liability for calling off infringement,in case of failing to delete the infringing works on the blockchains,and punching the address blackhole may damage the bona fide trading counterparty;the system of“infringement without bearing the liability for stopping infringement”can be introduced to balance the interests of all parties.
