摘 要:悬索桥主缆锚固系统是将主缆索股拉力传递至锚体的连接构造,目前主要有预埋钢构件锚固系统和预应力锚固系统2类形式。阐述了2类锚固系统的基本构造,包括预埋钢构件锚固系统的钢拉杆、后锚梁、无粘结处理及预应力锚固系统的预应力筋、索股连接件等。从构造设计与结构计算两方面给出了设计原则,如钢拉杆、后锚梁、预应力钢束等钢构件的计算及锚固区混凝土抗裂设计方法等。从锚室内部环境要求、主缆锚固系统防腐措施和可更换锚固系统等方面对主缆锚固系统耐久性设计进行了讨论,包括锚室内设置的通风除湿系统、钢拉杆等钢构件采用的防护体系及可更换主缆锚固系统的构造要求与更换操作注意事项等。The main cable anchorage system of suspension bridge is an important connection that transfers the tension of main cable to the anchor body.Currently,the embedded steel frame anchorage system and post-tensioned anchorage system are the two most commonly-used anchor systems for main cables of suspension bridge.This paper presents the structural details of the two types of anchorage systems,specifically the steel tie rods and rear anchor beams of the embedded steel frame anchorage system as well as the unbonded prestressing tendons and cable strand connectors of the post-tensioned anchorage system.Then,the design philosophy are set forth from the design detailing to the structural calculation,including the calculation of steel tie rods,rear anchor beams,prestressing tendons and other steel members,and the concrete cracking resistance design for the anchorage zone.The durability design of the main cable anchorage system is discussed,focusing on the interior environmental requirements of the anchor chamber,anti-corrosion measures and the future replacement,and the specific issues include the concerns of the dehumidification system in the anchor chamber,protections for the steel members and the replacement requirements and key points of replacement operation.
