摘  要:为了提高水下目标运动参数解算的准确率,对目标水声信号进行了时频分析,提取了目标线谱特征,建立了基于多普勒频移效应的观测方程,并通过求解超定方程组对目标运动参数进行估计。首先,分析了短时傅里叶变换(STFT)、魏格纳-威尔分布(WVD)和希尔伯特-黄变换(HHT)的适用条件;然后,提出了时频图灰度变换、滤波降噪、边缘检测和Radon变换等线谱提取方法步骤;最后,根据实测数据对目标运动参数估计模型进行了微调,提升了目标速度参数估计的准确率。In order to improve the calculation accuracy of underwater target motion parameters, the time-frequency analysis of underwater acoustic signals are carried out, the target line spectrum characteristics are extracted, the observation equation based on Doppler frequency shift effect is established, and the target motion parameters are estimated by solving the over-determined equations. Firstly, the applicable conditions of short-time Fourier transform(STFT)、 Wigner-Ville distribution(WVD) and Hilbert-Huang transform(HHT)are analyzed. Then, the steps of spectrum extraction methods such as time-frequency diagram gray transform, filtering noise reduction, edge detection and Radon transform are proposed. Finally, the model of target motion parameter estimation is fine-tuned according to the measured data, and the accuracy of target velocity parameters estimation is improved.
