摘　　要：目的:探讨酒精依赖患者与正常群体在攻击性行为上的差异,及脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)基因rs1519480多态性的调节作用。方法:选取421例符合精神障碍诊断及统计手册第4版(DSM-IV)酒精依赖诊断标准的成年男性与212例正常成年男性,采用Buss-Perry攻击问卷(BPAQ)中文版评估攻击行为,用TaqMan q-PCR(聚合酶链式反应)测定BDNF rs15194800基因多态性,采用倾向评分匹配(PSM)技术对混杂变量进行控制。结果:酒精依赖患者BPAQ得分高于对照组(P<0.01);酒精依赖与rs1519480多态性具有交互作用(两因素方差分析P<0.01)。酒精依赖患者BDNFrs1519480 TT等位基因携带个体BPAQ得分高于C等位基因携带个体(P<0.05);BDNF rs1519480 TT等位基因携带者中,酒精依赖个体BPAQ得分高于非酒精依赖个体(P<0.001)。结论:酒精依赖与BDNFrs 1519480基因可能共同调控攻击性行为,BDNFrs 1519480 TT等位基因高表达可能是酒依赖患者攻击性的危险因素。Objective:To explore the difference in aggressive behavior between alcohol-dependent patients and normal groups,and the regulatory role of the rs1519480 polymorphism in the BDNF gene.Methods:Totally 421 adult men meeting the DSM-IV diagnostic criteria for alcohol dependence and 212 normal controls were selected.They were assessed with the Buss-Perry Aggression Questionnaire(BPAQ)for evaluating aggressive behavior and tested by using Tapman q-PCR DNA typing techniques for polymorphism of BDNF gene.The Propensity Score Matching(PSM)technology was used to control the confounding variables.Results:The BPAQ scores were higher in the alcohol-dependent patients than in the normal controls(P<0.01).The Frs1519480 polymorphism of BDNF gene had a regulatory effect on the aggressive behavior in the alcohol-dependent patients(two-factor ANOVA P<0.01).In alcohol-dependent patients,the BPAQ scores were higher in those with TT genotype of rs1519480 polymorphism than those with C genotype(P<0.05).In those with TT genotype,the BPAQ scores were higher in the alcohol-dependent patients than in the normal controls(P<0.001).Conclusion:It suggests that aggressive behavior in alcohol-dependent patients is regulated by alcohol dependence and the rs1519480 polymorphism of the BDNF gene.The higher expression of TT genotype of rs1519480 polymorphism may be a risk factor of aggression in alcohol dependent patients.
