农村老年人代际关系和人际关系与主观幸福感的关系

摘　　要：目的:探讨农村老年人的代际关系、人际关系与主观幸福感之间的关系,及接受邻里行为在其关系中的调节作用。方法:选取年龄≥60岁、至少有一个子女的农村老年人286人,采用代际和谐量表(ISS)、人际关系冲突量表(IRCS)、接受邻里行为量表(RNBS)和主观幸福感量表(SWBS)进行测量。结果:男性的SWBS得分高于女性(P<0.05),家庭收支平衡者的SWBS得分高于收支失衡者(P<0.001)。逐步回归结果显示,ISS、RNBS得分均与SWBS得分正向关联(β=0.52、0.15),家庭收支失衡及IRCS得分均与SWBS得分负向关联(β=-0.47、-0.21)。RNBS得分正向调节IRCS得分与SWBS得分的关系(β=0.23)。结论:代际和谐越高、接受邻里行为越多、家庭收支越平衡以及人际关系冲突程度越低的农村老年人越幸福;接受邻里行为能弱化人际关系冲突与主观幸福感间的关系。Objective:To explore the relationships among intergenerational relationship,interpersonal relationship and subjective well-being in rural elderly,and the moderating role of receiving neighboring behavior in their relationship.Methods:Totally 286 rural elderly adults aged≥60 years and with at least one child were selected.They were assessed with the Intergenerational Solidarity Scale-3(ISS),Interpersonal Relationship Conflict Scale-3(IRCS),Receiving Neighboring Behavior Scale-4(RNBS),and Subjective Well-being Scale-10(SWBS).Results:The SWBS scores were higher in rural elderly men than in women(P<0.05),and higher in those with balance family payment than those with imbalance family payment(P<0.001).Stepwise regression results showed that the ISS and RNBS scores were positively correlated with the SWBS scores(β=0.52,0.15),and family payment imbalance and the IRCS scores were negatively correlated with the SWBS scores(β=-0.47,-0.21).The interaction term between RNBS and IRCS scores positively predicted the SWBS scores(β=0.23).Conclusion:In the conditions of higher intergenerational solidarity and receiving neighboring behavior,lower family payment imbalance and interpersonal relationship conflict,the rural elderly would have higher subjective well-being.Receiving neighboring behavior couldmitigate the relationship between interpersonal relationship conflict and subjective well-being.
