摘 要:对QStE650TM高强钢变截面纵梁的冲压可行性进行研究,拉伸测试结果表明QStE650TM具有700 MPa以上的屈服强度,满足轻型卡车所需纵梁强度要求,但其各向异性不可避免地对纵梁回弹、扭曲产生一定影响。通过冲压仿真分析并结合纵梁模具开发经验,对模具实施有效的回弹及扭曲修正,实现了高强钢在变截面纵梁上的量产突破。The stamping feasibility of variable section side member of QStE650TM high strength steel was studied. The tensile test results showed that QStE650TM had a yield strength of more than 700 MPa, which could meet the requirement of side member strength of light truck, but its anisotropy inevitably affected the springback and distortion of the side member. Through the stamping simulation analysis and combining with the development experience of the side member die,the effective springback and distortion correction of the die were implemented, and the mass production breakthrough of the high strength steel on the variable section side member was realized.
