摘 要:针对我国重载铁路大功率电力机车运维低效问题,为保障机车行车安全,文章在我国机车运维管理现状及学术研究的基础上,综合数据采集与处理、故障诊断预警、健康状态评估及视情维修决策等技术,提出了一种适用于重载机车的故障预测与健康管理(prognostics and health management,PHM)技术体系架构。该技术体系架构由弓网、牵引、制动和走行4大重载机车关键系统组成,通过机车关键部件在线状态监测、实时状态综合评价及机车状态检修决策支持,实现对机车的健康与检修管理,推动了重载机车从传统的计划性预防维修过渡到基于状态的运维模式升级,为解决重载机车运行安全性与维护经济性矛盾、实现机车状态修提供了良好的理论依据与指导。同时,文章以牵引系统关键设备为重点对象,基于既有控制信号在线分析验证了本文所提的机车PHM技术体系架构,验证结果显示,该架构有效解决了既有机车PHM系统检测项点覆盖不足、诊断能力不够的问题。Focused on the problem of inefficient maintenance of heavy haul electric locomotives,the comprehensive technology of data acquisition and processing,fault diagnosis and warning,health assessment and maintenance decision-making adopted in current maintenance management and academic research in China are studied.A framework of prognostics and health management(PHM)is proposed in this paper to ensure the operational safety of heavy haul locomotives.This framework is consist of four key systems,including pantograph catenary,traction,braking and running system.This framework can realize the health and maintenance management of locomotives through online status monitoring,real-time state assessment and conditional maintenance decision support,and promote the maintenance mode upgrading of heavy haul locomotives from traditional planned preventive maintenance to condition based maintenance.It also provides a good theoretical basis and guidance for solving the contradiction between heavy haul locomotive operation safety and maintenance economy,and realizing locomotive condition based maintenance.At the same time,traction motor,the key equipment of traction system,is taken as a case to analyze and verify the proposed PHM technology based on the existing control signals.It effectively solves the problems of insufficient coverage of detection items and insufficient diagnostic ability of existing locomotive PHM system.
