摘 要:针对榆横矿区赵石畔矿井地下水硫酸盐含量高、腐蚀性强的问题,考虑井筒混凝土的长期稳定性,研究复合防腐剂掺量与井壁混凝土力学性能的关系,分析不同复合防腐剂掺量井壁混凝土的宏观破坏特征。结果表明:随着复合防腐剂掺量增大,井壁混凝土抗压强度逐渐增大,增长速率呈减慢趋势;随着复合防腐剂掺量增大,井壁混凝土试块破坏形态由崩解破坏向劈裂破坏过渡。本研究为井筒混凝土防腐蚀设计奠定了基础。Aiming at the problems of high sulfate content and strong corrosivity in the groundwater of zhaoshipan mine in Yuheng mining area,considering the long-term stability of shaft concrete, the relationship between the content of composite preservative and the mechanical properties of shaft wall concrete was studied. The macroscopic failure characteristics of shaft wall concrete with different content of composite preservatives were analyzed. The results showed that with the increase of the content of composite preservatives, the compressive strength of shaft wall concrete gradually increased and the growth rate slowed down. With the increase of the content of composite preservative, the failure mode of shaft wall concrete test block changed from disintegration failure to splitting failure. This study laid a foundation for the anti-corrosion design of shaft concrete.
