摘　　要：通过旋转流变仪分析了3种低密度聚乙烯的流变性能,在温度为190℃条件下,采用小振幅振荡频率扫描模式,建立了模量、黏度、损耗角正切等与角频率的关系曲线,并分析了试样的松弛时间曲线。结果表明:在低角频率下,LDPE-1的黏度最大,流动性较差,但LDPE-3剪切变稀较明显;随着角频率的降低,损耗角正切升高,LDPE-1的最大;零剪切黏度由小到大依次为LDPE-3,LDPE-2,LDPE-1;在长松弛时间区域内,LDPE-2和LDPE-3的松弛程度较LDPE-1大。The rheological properties of three kinds of low-density polyethylene(LDPE)were analyzed by a rotary rheometer.A small amplitude oscillation frequency sweep mode was adopted at 190℃to establish the curves of modulus,viscosity,and loss tangent as a function of angular frequency,and the relaxation time spectra of the samples were analyzed.The results show that at low angular frequency,LDPE-1 has the largest viscosity and poor fluidity,but the shear thinning of LDPE-3 is more obvious.The loss tangent of three LDPE increases,and that of LDPE-1 is the largest with the angular velocity decreases.The distribution sequence of zero shear viscosity from high to low is LDPE-3,LDPE-2,and LDPE-1.In the long relaxation time zone,the relaxation strength of LDPE-2 and LDPE-3 is higher than that of LDPE-1.
