摘　　要：长链非编码RNA(long noncoding RNA,lncRNA)是一类转录本长度>200 nt的非编码蛋白质RNA分子。研究发现,lncRNA在诸多肿瘤发生发展及转移的发病机制中起着重要作用,而长基因间非蛋白编码RNA667(LINC00667)是近年被广泛探究的新型lncRNA,且与人体的消化、呼吸、神经、泌尿等多个系统肿瘤的转录调控密切相关,且机制各异。因此,这将可能为多种恶性肿瘤提供新的潜在的诊疗靶点,具有广泛的研究前景。本文结合国内外最新报道,就LINC00667对多种肿瘤发生发展影响的最新研究进展进行简要综述。Long noncoding RNA(lncRNA)is a class of non-coding protein RNA molecules with transcript length>200 nt.Studies have found that lncRNAs play an important role in the pathogenesis of the occurrence,development and metastasis of many tumors,and long intergenic non-protein coding RNA667(LINC00667)is a novel lncRNA that has been widely explored in recent years,and is closely related to the transcriptional regulation of tumors in digestive,respiratory,nervous,urinary and other systems of human body,with different mechanisms.Therefore,it may provide a new potential therapeutic target for a variety of malignant tumors,which has a wide range of research prospects.In this paper,the latest research progress of LINC00667 on the occurrence and development of various tumors is briefly reviewed based on the latest reports at home and abroad.
