摘　　要：阐述采用FPGA开发板DE2-115,实现除帧间预测外的所有功能,具有基本的H.265编码功能,在Modelsim仿真中实现包括帧间预测在内的完整视频编码器。仿真与实物测试表明,FPGA开发板中的H.265编码系统能够实现基本的编码功能。This paper describes that FPGA development board DE2-115 can realize all functions except for inter prediction 265 encoding function,realizing the complete video encoder including inter prediction in Modelsim simulation.The simulation and physical test show that the H.265 coding system in the FPGA development board can realize the basic coding functions.
