摘　　要：阐述电力企业物资管理中的ERP系统,包括物资合同结算业务中各项活动的核心平台,通过对现有ERP系统中物资合同结算功能的优化与改进,实现对各业务环节职责界限的细化及系统强控,预算提报全过程转至网络,ERP系统使业务过程的信息透明、可追溯。This paper expounds the ERP system in the material management of electric power enterprises,including the core platform for various activities in the material contract settlement business.Through the optimization and improvement of the material contract settlement function in the existing ERP system,the responsibility boundaries of various business links are refined and the system is strongly controlled.The whole process of budget submission is transferred to the network.The ERP system makes the information in the business process transparent and traceable.
