摘　　要：阐述超低温球阀因其使用介质和使用环境的特殊性,在结构设计上有着与其他种类阀门显著不同的特点。以超低温小口径楔式闸阀的结构设计为研究对象,探讨超低温工况的小口径楔式闸阀结构特点,零部件材料性能评定、深冷处理方法和阀门低温试验的步骤。This paper describes that the ultra-low temperature ball valve is different from other types of valves in structural design due to the particularity of its service medium and service environment.Taking the structural design of ultra-low temperature small caliber wedge gate valve as the research object,it discusses the structural characteristics of ultra-low temperature small caliber wedge gate valve,performance evaluation of parts and materials,cryogenic treatment methods and low temperature test steps of the valve.
