摘 要:阐述在A350-LF2钢成分及焊接性进行分析的基础上,采用埋弧焊焊接方法,选择力学性能匹配的埋弧焊丝/焊剂进行了焊接工艺评定试验,通过对焊接接头进行线切割、打磨、腐蚀,得到了焊缝金相组织形貌。试验结果显示,焊接工艺符合ASMEIX卷力学性能要求。微观组织分析表明,组织出现了明显的分层现象,组织中有大的块状铁素体析出,焊缝组织主要是魏氏体组织和贝氏体组织,魏氏体组织也是导致焊接接头性能下降的主要原因。Based on the analysis of the composition and weldability of A350-LF2 steel,this paper describes the use of submerged arc welding,the selection of submerged arc welding wire/flux with matching mechanical properties for the welding process qualification test,and the metallographic morphology of the weld was obtained by wire cutting,grinding and corrosion of the welded joint.The test results show that the welding process meets the mechanical property requirements of ASMEIX.The microstructure analysis shows that there is obvious delamination in the structure,and there is large massive ferrite precipitation in the structure.The weld microstructure is mainly widmanstatten structure and bainite structure,and the widmanstatten structure is also the main reason for the decline of the performance of the welded joint.
