摘  要:利用MCGS组态软件和西门子S7-200 SMART PLC硬件完成了家禽饲养环境中温度监控系统的设计,系统通过温度传感器对家禽饲养环境中温度进行实时检测,通过PLC控制程序运行与组态软件MCGS监控画面的数据实时分析与控制,利用PID的自动调节实现了对家禽饲养环境中温度的控制,使温度维持在合理的设定范围内,当温度过低或过高时,可以通过开启加热风扇或排风风扇对家禽饲养环境进行温度调节,保障了家禽始终能维持的一个舒适的温度环境中,极大程度降低了家禽的死亡率。通过系统的实时监控画面可以实现远程数据的监控,可以根据人机界面的显示,还根据实际需要选择对温控系统进行远距离手动控制,在一定程度上减少了故障发生率,提高了对家禽饲养环境的管理效率,大大减少了现场人员的需求。The MCGS configuration software and Siemens S7-200 SMART PLC hardware was used to complete the design of the temperature monitoring system in the poultry feeding environment.In the system,the temperature in the poultry feeding environment was detected in real time through the temperature sensor,the data of MCGS monitoring screen was analyzed and controlled in real time through the operation of PLC control program and configuration software,and the temperature in the poultry feeding environment was controlled by the automatic adjustment of PID,keeping the temperature within a reasonable set range.When the temperature was too low or too high,the temperature of the poultry breeding environment could be adjusted by turning on the heating fan or exhaust fan,which ensured that the poultry could maintain a comfortable temperature environment and greatly reduces the mortality of poultry.Through the real-time monitoring screen of the system,the remote data monitoring can be realized,and the remote manual control of the temperature control system can be selected according to the display of the man-machine interface and the actual needs,which reduces the failure rate to a certain extent,improves the management efficiency of the poultry breeding environment,and greatly reduces the demand of on-site personnel.
