摘  要:为解决传统的手工作业和机器人抛光设备在打磨抛光大型复杂不规则表面时的不足,介绍了一种自吸尘气动摆臂打磨机,其结构主要由末端打磨头、气动机械臂、浮动箱、操作箱、升降架、翻转架、转动架和气动控制系统组合而成。自吸尘气动摆臂打磨机单人操控就能够连续完成大型装备各种形状和曲面连贯部位的打磨抛光工序,结构简单,无需编程,操控灵活,能够实现标准化生产,提高生产效率和大型装备表面打磨抛光质量,并最大限度减少环境污染及对工人健康的伤害,为大型装备复杂不规则曲面的打磨抛光提供了充分的技术保障。测试结果表明,气动摆臂打磨机是一款多功能复合自吸尘打磨机,可适用于航空航天、舰船和海洋工程等大型装备的水平平面、水平顶面、垂直侧面和曲面的表面打磨抛光。In order to solve the shortcomings of traditional manual operation and robot polishing equipment in polishing large complex irregular surface,a self-vacuum pneumatic swing arm grinding machine was introduced,which structure was mainly composed of terminal grinding head,pneumatic mechanical arm,floating box,operation box,lifting frame,flip frame,rotating frame and pneumatic control system.The self cleaning pneumatic swing arm grinder could continuously complete the polishing process of various shapes and continuous parts of curved surfaces of large equipment under single control.It had simple structure,no programming,flexible operation,standardized production,improved production efficiency and polishing quality of large equipment surfaces,and minimized environmental pollution and harm to workers’health.It provided sufficient technical support for the polishing of complex irregular surfaces of large equipment.The test results show that the pneumatic swing arm grinder is a multi-functional composite self-vacuum sanding machine,which can be suitable for polishing the horizontal plane,horizontal top surface,vertical surface and curved surface of large equipment such as aerospace,ship and marine engineering.
