摘 要:永磁电动滚筒带式输送机通常使用盘式制动器进行制动。针对DSJ100/63/2×200永磁电动滚筒带式输送机制动减速度实际使用中是否处于合适范围的问题,利用理论公式计算了其制动减速度,发现直接制动减速度过大,需使带速降至30%时再上闸制动。最后在SolidWorks Motion中进行了制动过程的仿真,仿真结果验证了计算的正确性。The disc brake is usually applied on the braking of the belt conveyor driven by permanent magnet electric drum. In order to know whether the braking deceleration of DSJ100/63/2×200 belt conveyor driven by permanent magnet electric drum was in appropriate range in actual application, the braking deceleration was calculated by using the theoretical formula. It was found that the deceleration was too large while direct braking, therefore the belt velocity needed to reduce to 30% before braking. Finally, the braking process was simulated in SolidWorks, the simulation results showed the correctness of the calculation.
