摘  要:通过考察金铜矿三选厂SABC碎磨流程,指出其存在破碎机产能过量、半自磨和球磨负荷分配不合理、水力旋流器分级效率低等问题。提出的流程优化方案为:降低粗碎破碎机产品细度,提高半自磨机工作效率和降低能耗;加粗半自磨产品/球磨机入料粒度,均衡半自磨机和球磨机的磨矿负荷;优化半自磨机衬板外形、磨机转速、球磨机装球率及水力旋流器等。增加了顽石破碎抛废流程,通过X104智能分选机对破碎后的顽石进行分选,抛废率约67%,预选抛废精矿石品位可达0.5%,富集后的顽石可进入浮选,减少了顽石堆浸的成本。以上方案为流程优化、生产指标提升提供了科学依据。After the investigation of SABC comminution process in the third concentrator of gold and copper mine, it was pointed out that there were some problems such as excessive capacity of crusher, unreasonable load distribution of semi-autogenous mill and ball mill, and low classification efficiency of hydrocyclone. The proposed process optimization scheme was to improve the working efficiency of the semi-autogenous mill and reduce its energy consumption by decreasing the product fineness of the primary crusher, to balance the grinding load of the semi-autogenous mill and the ball mill by increasing the product of the semi-autogenous grinding mill/the feeding size of the ball mill, and to optimize the liner shape of the semi-autogenous mill,the mill speed, the steel ball charge of the ball mill and the hydrocyclone. Moreover, the pebble crushing and discarding process was added, and the crushed pebbles were separated by X104 intelligent separator. The discarding ratio was about 67%, and the grade of the pre-selected waste-discarded concentrate reached 0.5%.The entrance of enriched pebbles into flotation reduced the cost of pebble heap leaching. The above scheme provided scientific basis for process optimization and improvement of production indicators.
