摘  要:为了使气缸套的冷却过程中能获得有益的金相组织、提高气缸套的性能,本文以某一型号气缸套为研究对象,对其铸件冷却过程进行分析研究。首先,利用Pro/E软件建立气缸套的三维模型,并将其导入ANSYS软件中构建其有限元模型。其次,分析了气缸套铸件在自然冷却与风冷炉快速冷却时的温度场分布情况。结果表明,气缸套在风冷炉快速冷却过程的温度下降的速度比自然冷却的快。此外,可将气缸套铸件放入风冷炉中进行快速的冷却,再放入保温炉中进行自然冷却,延迟贝氏体产生时间,通过缓慢的冷却,达到气缸套铸件的整体贝氏体,使得气缸套的综合力学性能、强度、刚度、塑形以及韧性得到明显提高,提高气缸套的使用寿命。In order to obtain beneficial metallographic structure and improve the performance of cylinder liner during the cooling process, a certain type of cylinder liner is taken as the research object to analyze and study the cooling process of its casting in this paper. Firstly, the 3D model of cylinder liner was established based on Pro/E and imported into ANSYS to establish its finite element model. Secondly, the temperature field distribution of cylinder liner castings during natural cooling and rapid air-cooling are analyzed. The results show that the temperature of cylinder liner under rapid air-cooling decreases faster than that of natural cooling. In addition, the cylinder liner castings can be placed in an air-cooled furnace for rapid air-cooling and then placed in an insulated furnace for natural cooling to delay the time of generate bainite.Through slow cooling, the whole bainite of the cylinder liner casting is achieved, so that the comprehensive properties, strength, stiffness, shaping and toughness of the cylinder liner are significantly improved, and the service life of the cylinder liner is improved.
