纺织品涂布用VAE乳液流变性能研究

摘　　要：VAE乳液广泛应用在纸张、纺织品等涂布领域,但是根据应用场景指导用户精准筛选VAE乳液牌号的文献并不多。本文以常见的布匹上涂敷乳液为例对涂布工艺流程进行分析,结合3种VAE乳液的流变性能测试结果,明确了乳液的流变性能与涂布工艺之间的关系。实验结果表明:3种VAE乳液中,乳液B更适合用于涂布工艺。VAE emulsion is widely used in paper, textile and other coating fields, but there are few article that guide users to accurately screen VAE emulsion according to application scenarios. The paper takes the emulsion coating on cloth as an example to analyze the coating process, study the rheological property of three VAE emulsion to clarify the relationship between the rheological property of emulsion and the coating process. The results show that emulsion B is suitable for coating process among the three VAE emulsion.
