高品质碳酸镧的制备研究

摘　　要：采用化学除杂的方法,除去氯化镧溶液中的硫酸根和铅离子,再经过碳酸氢铵沉淀的方法,除去大部分的钙离子及氯离子,制备高品质的碳酸镧。该工艺可以取代P507—盐酸萃取全捞转型除杂工艺,具有成本低,操作简单等优点。High-quality lanthanum carbonate was prepared by chemical impurity removal of sulfate and lead ions from lanthanum chloride solution, followed by ammonium bicarbonate precipitation to remove most of the calcium and chloride ions. The process can replace the P507-hydrochloric acid extraction process, and has the advantages of low cost and simple operation.
