摘 要:针对产品设计中存在的惯性思维及如何寻找理想解问题,基于TRIZ理论提出了一种产品九维工程系统创新设计方法。先应用TRIZ理论分析技术问题,指出问题矛盾;再应用矛盾矩阵表或分离原理查找发明原理解;最后从法律规范、科学效应与学科知识、结构、场与流、空间、外观、时间、智能化、成本九个维度进行总体系统分析与设计,建立九维设计矩阵的数学表达式,应用功能矩阵表通过对比分析得到理想解。应用这种方法完成了乘用车前阅读灯冲切及冷铆接设备的创新设计。结果表明,设备能实现金属件冲切、冷铆接与PCB冷铆接的同时作业,提高了生产效率,且产品质量能达到设计要求。通过分析和设计实践发现:基于TRIZ理论的产品九维工程系统创新设计方法可使产品各个技术子系统达到协调与平衡,以实现总体技术系统优化设计。使用这种方法可提高产品开发效率,降低产品开发成本。In order to solve the problems of inertia thinking and how to find the ideal solution in product design,an innovative design method ofproduct nine-dimensional engineering system was proposed based on TRIZ theory.Which first applied TRIZ theory to analyze the technicalproblems,pointed out the problem contradictions,and then applied the contradiction matrix table or separation principle to find the originalunderstanding of invention.Finally,the overall system analysis and design were carried out in nine dimensions:legal norms,scientific effectsand disciplinary knowledge,structure,field and flow,space,appearance,time,intelligence,and cost,the mathematical expression of the nine-dimensional design matrix was established,and the ideal solution was obtained through comparative analysis by applying the functional matrixtable.The innovative design of the punching and cold riveting equipment for passenger car front reading lamps was completed by applying thismethod.The results show that the equipment can realize the simultaneous operation of metal parts punching and cold riveting and PCB coldriveting,which can improve the production efficiency and the product quality can reach the design requirements;the design method is effective.Through analysis and design practice results,it is found that the innovative design method of product nine-dimensional engineering systembased on TRIZ theory can make each technical subsystem of the product reach coordination and balance,so as to achieve the overall technicalsystem optimization design.Using this method can improve product development efficiency and reduce product development cost.
