摘  要:在分析M7140平面磨床、M2120内圆磨床特性及其对数控系统的要求基础上,提出了采用PLC加伺服驱动做控制,触摸屏做人机接口的方式实现机床数控加工。通过PLC、触摸屏和伺服系统的选型及相关程序的设计,实现高精度进给,控制精度达1μm。控制系统接入电子手轮实现微进给功能,引入光栅尺作为伺服闭环控制,采用伺服控软件对伺服进行优化。手动、手轮、自动3种工作方式切换,机床坐标清零、单双向进给功能及其他不常用的按钮功能通过触摸屏界面实现。经过近20多台设备改造应用,采用该控制系统的机床,检测加工出来的零件尺寸误差均在3μm以下。实践结果表明该控制系统操作方便、控制精度高、性能稳定,满足了单轴或双轴平面磨床及内磨床的实际需求;具有较高的性价比,对精度要求高,功能相对简单2轴伺服控制应用场景提供重要参考。Based on the analysis of the characteristics of M7140 surface grinder and M2120 internal grinder and their requirements for the CNC system,a method of using PLC plus servo drive as the control and touch screen as the man-machine interface to realize the CNC machining of the machine tool was proposed.Through the selection of PLC,touch screen and servo system and the design of relevant programs,high-precision feeding was realized,and the control accuracy reaches 1μm.The control system was connected to the electronic handwheel to realize the micro feed function,and the grating ruler was introduced as the servo closed-loop control.The servo control software was used to optimize the servo.Manual,handwheel and automatic working modes were switched,and the machine coordinate reset,single and two-way feeding functions and other rarely used button functions were realized through the touch screen interface.After the transformation and application of nearly 20 sets of equipment,the machine tools using this control system detected that the dimensional errors of the parts processed were all within 3μM below.The practical results show that the control system is easy to operate,has high control accuracy and stable performance,and meets the actual needs of single or double axis surface grinding machines and internal grinding machines.It has a high cost performance ratio,requires high accuracy,and has relatively simple functions.It provides an important reference for 2-axis servo control application scenarios.
