OBE理念下高校英语教学方式改革探究

摘　　要：OBE是一种以成果为目标导向,采用逆向思维方式进行课程体系建设的先进教育理念,将其融入高校英语教学中,可以促进英语教学模式创新升级,并取得更为理想的教学效果,学生在这一过程中也可以获得更好的发展。因此,加强OBE理念下的高校英语教学方式改革研究显得十分必要。文章联系OBE理念基本概述,对其内涵、教育特点和实施原则进行阐述,并围绕当前高校英语教学存在的问题,从OBE教育理念入手,提出明确教学目标、构建课程体系、确定教学策略、自我参照评价等教学改革策略,以供参考。OBE is an advanced educational concept that takes achievement as the goal orientation and adopts the reverse thinking mode to carry out the construction of curriculum system. Applying it into College English teaching can promote the innovation and upgrading of English teaching mode and achieve more ideal teaching effects, and students can also get better development in this process. Therefore, it is also very necessary to strengthen the reform and research of College English teaching mode under the OBE concept. Based on the basic overview of the concept of OBE, this paper expounds its connotation, educational characteristics and implementation principles in detail. Focusing on the problems existing in the current college English teaching, starting with the concept of OBE education, this paper puts forward teaching reform strategies such as clarifying teaching objectives, constructing curriculum system, determining teaching strategies, self-evaluation, etc.for reference.
