教改背景下提升高校英语教学素养的路径探索

摘　　要：教学改革的深入推进对高校英语教学提出更高的要求,特别是在教师教学素养方面,除了要积极转变传统教学思想观念以外,还要坚持与时俱进,运用现代化教学技术引导学生有效地学习英语,为社会培养更多专业型、应用型人才。文章尝试从教改背景下高校英语教师教学素养存在的问题入手,对高校英语教师应具备的教学素养进行细致阐述,并提出更新思想观念、完善知识体系、加强教育培训、运用现代手段等策略,以期能够提升高校英语整体教学素养。The deepening of teaching reform puts forward higher requirements for college English teaching, especially in the aspect of teachers’ teaching quality. In addition to actively changing the traditional teaching concepts, we should also adhere to keeping pace with the times, apply modern teaching technology to guide students to learn English effectively, and cultivate more professional and application-oriented talents for the society. This paper attempts to start with the problems existing in the teaching quality of college English teachers under the background of educational reform, elaborate on the teaching quality that college English teachers should have, and propose strategies such as updating ideas, improving knowledge system, strengthening education and training, and using modern means, in order to improve the overall teaching quality of college English.
