摘　　要：针对铁路调度业务数据综合价值不高、计划质量评价能力较弱、辅助决策支持能力不强等问题,基于数据仓库等技术对运输组织和调度指挥系统相关数据资源进行广泛集成和深度整合;设计调度工作质量评价及决策支持平台,实现行车安全过程管控、调度工作质量考核评价、重点列车运行辅助监控、车流自动推算、可视化决策分析等功能,提高运输组织和调度决策支持水平。IIn view of the problems of low comprehensive value of railway dispatching business data, weak evaluation ability of plan quality, and weak auxiliary decision support ability, based on data warehouse and other technologies, this paper extensively integrated and deeply integrated data resources related to transportation organization and dispatching command system;designed a platform of dispatching work quality evaluation and decision support, and implemented the control of traffic safety process, the assessment and evaluation of dispatching quality, the auxiliary monitoring of key train operation, automatic calculation of train flow, visual decision analysis and other functions to improve the level of transportation organization and dispatching decision support.
