摘 要:为解决市政排水管网排水能力与实际排水需求不匹配的问题,构建基于二维最大熵图像分割的市政排水管网负荷均衡性控制模型。通过图像采集设备采集水尺图像后,以二维最大熵图像分割方法,分割图像的水尺目标与背景区域,提取水尺信息后,以排水量最大化为目标,构建市政排水管网负荷均衡性控制的目标函数,并由天牛须搜索粒子群算法求解可实现排水量最大化的排水管网负荷均衡性控制方案。实验验证:该模型应用后,市政排水管网排水量与降雨量基本一致,排水能力与实际排水需求匹配,且排水所耗费功耗较小,可实现市政排水管网负荷均衡性控制。In order to solve the problem that the drainage capacity of municipal drainage network does not match the actual drainage demand, a load balance control model of municipal drainage network based on two-dimensional maximum entropy image segmentation is constructed. After the water gauge image is collected by the image acquisition equipment, the water gauge target and background area of the image are segmented by the two-dimensional maximum entropy image segmentation method. After extracting the water gauge information, the objective function of the load balance control of the municipal drainage network is constructed with the goal of maximizing the drainage volume, and the tianniu search particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the load balance control scheme of the drainage network that can maximize the drainage volume. Experimental verification: after the model is applied, the drainage volume of the municipal drainage network is basically consistent with the rainfall, the drainage capacity matches the actual drainage demand, and the drainage consumes less power, which can realize the load balance control of the municipal drainage network.
