土木工程专业来华留学生招生与培养机制研究

摘　　要：随着我国经济实力及国家影响力的不断提升,我国的高校建设也在大力发展。在高校国际化的大形势下,来华留学生的规模也在逐渐扩大。西安理工大学土木建筑工程学院自2019年度开始正式招收国际留学生,目前共招收了18名土木工程专业来华留学生,分为本、硕、博三个层次,均来自“一带一路”沿线国家。西安理工大学土木建筑工程学院对来华留学生从招生到培养都结合了国家政策和学校的实际情况,严格招生,认真培养,并依据土木工程专业的特点,全面提升来华留学生的专业素质及语言能力。该文结合西安理工大学土木建筑工程学院来华留学生的招生及培养实践工作,针对土木工程专业的来华留学生招生及培养模式进行研究,试图为类似专业的高校来华留学生招生及培养工作提供参考。With the continuous improvement of China's economic strength and national influence,the construction of colleges and universities in China is also developing vigorously.Under the situation of the internationalization of colleges and universities,the scale of foreign students in China is also gradually expanding.The School of Civil Engineering and Architecture of Xi'an University of Technology(XUT)has been officially recruiting international students since 2019.Currently,it has enrolled a total of 18 international students majoring in Civil Engineering from"Belt and Road"countries at undergraduate,master's and doctoral levels.In terms of the recruitment and training of international students,our college combines the national policies and the actual situation of the school,strictly enrolling students and seriously cultivating them,and comprehensively improves the professional quality and language ability of international students according to the characteristics of Civil Engineering major.In this paper,based on the enrollment and training practice of international students in our college,the enrollment and training mode of international students in Civil Engineering major was studied in an attempt to provide reference for the enrollment and training of international students in colleges and universities of similar majors in China.
