摘　　要：稀土是重要战略资源,广泛运用于航空航天、国防军工、智能制造和电子信息等产业。构建高校、政府、企业和协会组成的“校政企协”多主体育人模式是推进现代产业学院建设的关键。江西理工大学稀土产业学院以稀土产业发展需求为牵引,打造面向稀土产业链的集人才培养、技术创新、企业服务和学生创业等功能于一体的高素质人才培养和产教融合的新高地,是探索现代产业学院人才培养模式的一次有益尝试。Rare earth is an important strategic resource,which is widely used in aerospace,national defense and military industry,intelligent manufacturing,electronic information and other industries.It is the key for modern industrial colleges to build a"College,Government,Enterprise and Association"multiple-participants educational mode.Guided by the urgent need of rare earth industry,the education mode has been constructed in the rare earth industry college of Jiangxi University of Science and Technology.And a new highland of high-quality talent training and integration of industry and education has been formed,which integrates talent training,technological innovation,enterprise services,student entrepreneurship and other functions for the rare earth industry chain.It is a useful attempt to explore the educational mode for modern industry colleges.
