摘　　要：随着信息化技术的发展,线上课堂在高等教育中发挥着越来越重要的作用。线上课堂可作为传统线下课堂的有效补充,线上课堂的发展给高校青年教师带来教学能力培养与提升的实践契机,可同时发挥着高校青年教师教学训练场的作用。该文根据西南交通大学21个教学单位线上课堂教学反馈,结合线上教学与实践经历,在青年教师线上教学SWOT分析基础上,从师徒互带、线下备课、混合式教育和微课与微格训练等4个方面,探讨线上课堂对高校青年教师的教学能力的培养与提升路径。With the development of information technology,online classrooms are playing an increasingly important role in higher education.Online classrooms can be used as an effective supplement to traditional offline classrooms.The authors believe that the development of online classrooms has brought practical opportunities for young teachers in universities to cultivate and improve their teaching ability,and it can also play a role as a training ground for young teachers in universities.Based on online classroom teaching feedback from 21 teaching institutes of Southwest Jiaotong University,combined with the author's online teaching and practical experience,according to SWOT analysis of young teachers'online teaching,this paper discussed the effect of online classrooms on young teachers'teaching ability training and improvement path from four perspectives:the indentured apprenticeship,preparing lessons offline,blended education and microteaching training.
