摘  要:高进气温度会诱发发动机爆震、早燃等问题。所以在高进气温度和环境温度条件下,要对发动机输出转矩有一定限制。但发动机转矩限制过大,又会导致车辆动力性变差。为了保证发动机可靠性和动力性,选用一款增压发动机,在一定边界条件下,对发动机不同转速性能进行优化,找到发动机在高进气温度环境下的最佳性能,为发动机在高进气温度下转矩限制提供依据。Turbo charging is good for engine performance and reducing fuel consumption.However,in high-temperature areas in summer,high intake temperature can easily lead to high temperature in engine cylinder,which can induce engine knock,early ignition and abnormal combustion.Therefore,at high intake temperature,there should be a certain limit to engine output torque.But if the engine torque limit is too large,it will lead to the vehicle being underpowered.In order to ensure the reliability and power of the engine,a small supercharged engine was selected to undertake the experiments and optimization.Under certain boundary conditions,the performance of the engine at different speeds was optimized to find the best performance of the engine in the environment of high intake temperature.It provides reference basis for torsion limit of high intake air temperature.
