摘　　要：辣木作为一种富含营养成分和活性成分的植物,具有抗氧化、抗肿瘤、抗菌消炎、降“三高”等作用。本文综述了辣木中具有抗氧化活性的辣木多糖、多酚、维生素、微量元素硒等抗氧化成分的研究进展,并总结了辣木抗氧化的一些测定方法,最后对辣木的应用前景作出展望。辣木的抗氧化效果给其带来了巨大的医疗保健功能和经济效益,这有利于推动辣木作为一种新兴产业的发展以及在抗氧化药物和食品方面的应用。As a plant rich in nutrients and active ingredients, Moringa oleifera has the functions of anti-oxidation, anti-tumor, anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory, and reducing“3H ”(hypertension, hyperlipidemia, hyperglycemia).In this paper, the research progress of antioxidative components in Moringa oleifera,such as polysaccharide, polyphenol, vitamin, selenium, with antioxidative activity, was reviewed.Summarize some determination methods of Moringa oleifera antioxidant, and finally make a summary and prospect of the future of Moringa oleifera.The antioxidation effect of Moringa oleifera has brought great medical and health care functions and economic benefits, which is conducive to promoting the development of Moringa oleifera as a new industry and its application in antioxidant drugs and food.
