摘  要:饲料霉变对饲料品质以及养殖产业的安全稳定发展非常不利,畜禽饲喂霉变饲料极易引发各类消化道系统疾病。因此,应加强对饲料霉变的研究以及预防,进行脱敏、防霉措施的优化和完善,提升饲料品质,降低饲料霉变的发生概率,保障养殖产业以及饲料生产产业健康发展。文章主要总结饲料霉变的发生原因及霉变的危害、预防措施,并介绍1种饲料制粒机的混料结构及其在饲料制备中的应用。该饲料制粒机能够有效实现对饲料原料生产中的干燥处理,降低原料的含水量,确保以干燥状态进行混拌制作,避免原料发生霉变,进而降低饲料的霉变发生率,可为生产过程中饲料霉变的预防提供参考。Feed mildew is very unfavorable to feed quality and the safe and stable development of the breeding industry.Feeding mouldy feed to livestock and poultry is very easy to cause various digestive tract diseases. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the research and prevention of feed mildew, optimize and improve desensitization and mold prevention measures, improve feed quality, reduce the probability of feed mildew, and ensure the healthy development of the breeding industry and feed production industry. The article mainly summarized the causes of feed mildew, its harm and preventive measures, and introduced the mixing structure of a feed granulator and its application in feed preparation. The feed granulator can effectively realize the drying treatment in the production of feed raw materials, reduce the water content of the raw materials, ensure that the raw materials are mixed in a dry state, avoid the occurrence of mildew in the raw materials, and thus reduce the incidence of mildew in the feed, which can provide a reference for the prevention of feed mildew in the production process.
