摘　　要：为了保护患者信息的安全与隐私并提供更多的个人医疗服务,提出一种基于区块链技术的医疗数据融合和认证方案。此方案设计一种基于区块链的组签名认证机制,使得小组成员可以自由访问患者的个人医学报告。授权的小组成员将就小组会话密钥达成一致,并将其用于保护患者的敏感信息。如果有新成员加入组或老成员离开组,则组会话密钥需要随时更新。最后,通过性能和安全性分析,将区块链技术应用于电子医疗数据共享,能增加数据共享的安全性和可靠性。In order to protect the security and privacy of medical data and provide more personal medical services,a blockchain technology-based medical data fusion and authentication scheme is proposed in this paper.This scheme designs a blockchainbased group signature authentication mechanism that enables group members to freely access patients’personal medical reports.Authorized group members will agree on a group session key that will be used to protect sensitive medical data.If a new member joins the group or an old member leaves the group,the group session key needs to be updated at any time.Finally,this paper analyzes the performance and security to show that applying blockchain technology to electronic medical data sharing can increase the security and reliability of data sharing.
