三因制宜理论在针灸科中医护理临床教学中的应用

摘　　要：中医护理专业学生在针灸科的临床教学以时间短、临床实践操作多为特点,因此需要快速掌握确实有效的教学理论。此文以针灸科门诊临床常见病“颈椎病”为例,探讨“三因制宜”理论在针灸科中医护理教学中的具体应用。从“三因制宜”理论实施的前提、临床意义、具体内容、实施过程及临床成效等方面分析讨论,以期快速提升中医护理专业学生临床适应程度及加快临床护理水平的提高。The clinical teaching of traditional Chinese medicine nursing students in the department of acupuncture and moxibustion is characterized by short time and more clinical practice.Therefore,it is necessary to quickly master and effective teaching theory.Taking the common clinical disease“cervical spondylosis”in the outpatient department of acupuncture and moxibustion as an example,this paper discussed the specific application of the theory of“treatment in accordance with three categories of etiologic factors”in the teaching of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in the department of acupuncture and moxibustion,in order to accelerate the implementation of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and improve the clinical effect of nursing in three aspects,such as the degree of clinical adaptation and the implementation of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine.
