针刺靳三针治疗落枕临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察针刺“靳三针”为主穴治疗落枕的临床效果。方法将68例落枕患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组外用复方南星止痛膏贴于患处,治疗组采用针刺“靳三针”为主穴治疗,均治疗3 d;并记录比较2组患者治疗前后临床疗效、VAS评分、颈椎活动度及颈椎NDI评分。结果治疗组患者颈痛VAS评分、NDI指数均降低于对照组(P<0.05),颈椎活动度明显优于对照组(P<0.05),中医综合疗效评价显示治疗组患者总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刺“靳三针”治疗落枕能有效减轻患者疼痛、改善颈部活动,有显著的临床疗效。Objective To observe the clinical effect of“Jinsanzhen”in the treatment of stiff neck.Methods 68 patients with stiff neck were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group was treated with compound Nanxing Zhitong ointment,and the treatment group was treated with“Jinsanzhen”for 3 days.The clinical efficacy,VAS score,cervical mobility and cervical NDI score were recorded and compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The VAS score and NDI index of cervical pain in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the cervical mobility was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The comprehensive curative effect evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine showed that the total effective rate in the treatment group which was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion“Jinsanzhen”in the treatment of stiff neck can effectively reduce patients’pain and improve neck activity,which has a significant clinical effect.
