李佩文教授基于“引火归元法”论治乳腺癌化疗性口腔黏膜炎经验

摘　　要：乳腺癌常用化疗药物,如紫杉醇、环磷酰胺、多柔比星脂质体等,常可导致口腔黏膜炎的发生,严重影响患者生活质量。李佩文教授认为乳腺癌化疗性口腔黏膜炎的根本病机在于肾阳不足,阳虚水冷;同时火不暖土,药毒外侵,致脾阳不健,故治以引火归元为本,补中壮土为要,常用潜阳封髓丹或金匮肾气丸加减,同时善用风药,发之散之,配合敛疮生肌之专品,临床取得满意疗效。Commonly used chemotherapeutic drugs for breast cancer can often lead to oral mucositis,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients,such as paclitaxel,cyclophosphamide and doxorubicin liposomes and so on.Professor Li Peiwen believes that the fundamental pathogenesis of chemotherapy induced oral mucositis in breast cancer lies in deficiency of kidney yang and yang deficiency leads to water cooling.At the same time,the fire doesn’t warm the soil and the drugs attack,leading to deficiency of spleen yang.Therefore,the treatment should be based on igniting fire and restoring yuan and it is also important to replenish the soil.Qianyang Fengsui Dan or Jingui Shenqi Pills are commonly used to add or subtract.At the same time,Professor Li makes good use of wind medicine to disperse it and cooperates with the special medicine of collecting sores and promoting muscle.The clinical effect is satisfactory.
