工业发展与乡村时空格局演变的耦合关系研究——以湖北省为例

摘　　要：农业农村现代化发展作为我国乡村振兴战略的总目标,为乡村发展提出了新方向。产业兴旺是乡村振兴的基本要求之一,而工业发展又是实现乡村产业兴旺的重要支点,因此,对工业与乡村发展关系的研究显得格外重要。以湖北省为例,运用空间分析、数理统计和构建指标体系等方法,分析工业和乡村发展水平的时空分布格局,揭示其时空演变规律及耦合关系,探析影响耦合关系演变的因素。结果显示:(1)在工业发展的时空演变格局上,湖北省呈现发展水平整体不断上升的态势,但空间上存在县区工业发展不平衡的现象;(2)在乡村发展的时空演变格局上,乡村发展水平整体提升,空间分布呈现“双核心”和“中心-边缘”的格局;(3)在耦合关系上,湖北省工业与乡村发展的相互作用关系显著,乡村发展对工业发展起到保障作用,而工业发展对乡村发展起到驱动作用。当前阶段,湖北省应协调好工业与乡村发展之间的关系,在城市地区工业产业结构升级的同时,积极扶持和鼓励乡村农业的产业化发展,推动乡村产业的科学化布局,加快乡村农业的现代化实现。As the general goal of rural revitalization strategy,the modernization of agriculture and rural development has proposed a new direction for rural development.Industrial prosperity is one of the basic requirements for rural revitalization,and industrial development is an important fulcrum for realizing rural industrial prosperity.Therefore,exploring the relationship between industry and rural development is particularly important.Taking Hubei province as an example,using methods such as spatial analysis,mathematical statistics,and constructing an index system,we analyze the temporal and spatial distribution patterns of industrial and rural development levels,reveal their temporal and spatial evolution laws and coupling relationships,and explore the factors that affect the evolution of coupling relationships.The results are as follows.(1) In terms of the temporal and spatial evolution of industrial development,Hubei province is showing a trend of rising overall development level,but spatially there is a phenomenon of unbalanced industrial development in counties and districts.(2) In terms of the temporal and spatial evolution of rural development,the overall level of rural development has been improved,and the spatial distribution presents a pattern of “dual core” and “center-periphery”.(3) In terms of the coupling relationship,the interaction between industry and rural development in Hubei province is obvious.Rural development plays a role in ensuring industrial development,and industrial development plays a driving role in rural development.At present,Hubei province should coordinate the relationship between industry and rural development,actively support and encourage the industrialized development of rural agriculture,promote the scientific layout of rural industry,and accelerate the modernization of rural agriculture while upgrading the industrial structure in urban areas.
