摘 要:通过改装气相色谱柱温箱作为热解反应装置,使用衍生化-高效液相色谱法,考察加热过程中雾化剂甘油热解产生甲醛和乙醛的影响条件。在320℃的条件下,热解产生的甲醛与乙醛释放量分别为200℃条件下的467倍和49倍。若延长热解时间,甲醛和乙醛的释放量则均有所增加。甘油中添加水后,甲醛释放量减少10%,乙醛释放量增加38%;在水和甘油的混合体系中添加酸后,明显促进甲醛和乙醛的释放。其中,添加磷酸后,甲醛释放量增加4.2倍,乙醛释放量增加3.9倍;添加苹果酸后,甲醛释放量增加4.8倍,乙醛释放量增加1.4倍。根据上述考察结论,采用相对较低的加热温度、适宜的加热时间或减少添加酸类物质等方式,可以减少加热卷烟气溶胶过程中甘油热解产生的甲醛和乙醛。In this paper,by modifying the gas chromatographic column oven as the pyrolysis reaction device and using the derivatization high performance liquid chromatography method,the influencing conditions for the pyrolysis of the atomizing agent glycerol to generate formaldehyde and acetaldehyde during the heating process were investigated.At 320 ℃,the amount of formaldehyde and acetaldehyde released by the pyrolysis was 467 times and 49 times that at 200 ℃,respectively.With prolonging the pyrolysis time,the release of both formaldehyde and acetaldehyde increased.After adding water to glycerol,the release of formaldehyde decreased by 10%,and the release of acetaldehyde increased by 38%.After adding acid to the mixed system of water and glycerol,the release of formaldehyde and acetaldehyde was significantly promoted.Among them,after adding phosphoric acid,the amount of formaldehyde released increased by 4.2 times,while 3.9 times for the amount of acetaldehyde.After adding malic acid,the amount of formaldehyde released increased by 4.8 times,and the amount of acetaldehyde released increased by 1.4 times.According to the above investigation conclusions,the content of formaldehyde and acetaldehyde produced by the pyrolysis of glycerol in the heated cigarette aerosol can be reduced by adopting relatively low heating temperature,suitable heating time or reducing the addition of acid substances.
