摘 要:针对传统控制方法效率不高、抗电磁干扰能力弱的问题,以基于磁控制的可变电感全桥双变压器的LLC谐振变换器为对象,提出了一种混合控制方案。首先,通过调节可变电感实现定频模式下的输出电压控制。然后,采用调节可变电感和改变开关频率的混合控制方式,使变换器工作在谐振频率的附近,进而实现输出电压的调节、整体效率提高。最后,在实验样机上验证了该方案理论分析的可行性。A hybrid control method is proposed for a full-bridge,dual-transformer LLC resonant converter with variable inductance based on magnetic control in order to overcome the issues of traditional control schemes,such as the low efficiency and weak tolerance to electromagnetic interference.First,a variable inductor is employed to adjust the output voltage control in fixed frequency mode.Then,the hybrid control mode is adopted to reconcile the variable inductor and the switching frequency which makes the converter work in the resonance frequency range,improving the output voltage regulation and overall efficiency.Finally,an experimental prototype is performed to verify the feasibility of the theoretical analysis of the proposed method.
