摘　　要：目的:了解肺癌患者自我同情水平并探讨其相关因素。方法:选取南京市3所三级甲等医院肺癌患者239名,采用自悯量表(SCS)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)、压力知觉量表(PSS)、医学应对方式问卷(MCMQ)进行调查。结果:肺癌患者SCS总分为(93.6±13.0)分。多元线性回归分析结果显示,SCS总分与PSS总分负向关联(β=-0.62),而与年龄、SSRS总分和MCMQ面对得分正向关联(β=0.13、0.14、0.11)。结论:压力感越高者越易有低水平的自我同情;年龄越大、社会支持水平越高、采取面对这一积极应对方式者越易有高水平的自我同情。Objective:To investigate the self-compassion in patients with lung cancer and analyze its related factors.Methods:Totally 239 patients with lung cancer from 3 tertiary-level hospitals in Nanjing were selected as the research subjects.They were assessed with the Self-Compassion Scale(SCS),Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS),Perceived Stress Scale(PSS),and Medical Coping ModesQuestionnaire(MCMQ).Results:The total score of SCS of patients with lung cancer was(93.6±13.0).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the SCS total scores were negatively correlated with the PSS total scores(β=-0.62),and positively correlated with age,the SSRS total scores,confrontation scores of the MCMQ(β=0.13,0.14,0.11).Conclusion:Those who have higher perceived stress are more likely to have low levels of self-compassion.Those who are older,have higher levels of social support,and adopt the positive coping style of confrontation are more likely to have high levels of self-compassion.
