相对剥夺感对大学生内卷行为影响的实验研究

摘　　要：从相对剥夺感切入,探讨其对大学生内卷行为的影响。启动组通过书写“与他人相比自己没有得到应得结果”的任务诱发相对剥夺感,对照组书写近期发生的事情,然后个体对内卷情境中的行为及内隐认知进行评定。结果表明:(1)相对剥夺感对大学生课业表现中的内卷行为无显著影响,对评奖评优中的内卷行为影响显著,启动组更能意识到内卷行为的跟风从众和恶意竞争倾向;(2)相对剥夺感对大学生内卷内隐认知影响显著,启动组对非内卷词汇的辨别力低于对照组。This study explores the influence of relative deprivation on involution behavior of college students.The experimental group was asked to write down which results they deserved but didn’t get when compared to others,while the control group were informed to write down the daily events during the last week.And then studied the individual’s behavior and their implicit cognition under the involution circumstances.The results show that:(1)Relative deprivation has no significant effect on the involution behavior in college students’academic performance,but has a significant effect on the involution behavior in awards and evaluations,which manifested that the experimental group has a higher tendency to follow the crowd and has malicious competition than the control group;(2)Relative deprivation has an impact on individuals’implicit cognition of involution,which manifested that the experimental group’s ability of discriminating the non-involuted words was lower than the control group.
