基于扎根理论的产妇护理服务满意度理论框架的构建

摘　　要：目的构建产妇护理服务满意度理论框架,为提升产科护理服务质量、提高产妇满意度提供参考。方法对即将出院的35名产妇进行半结构式深度访谈,收集产妇对护理服务的认知、感受与需求等相关资料,运用扎根理论方法析取主题。结果析出的主题为产妇护理服务满意度影响因素,包括6个类属,即安全性、关怀性2个核心要素,延续性、及时性2个关键要素,可靠性、可及性2个基本要素,并以此构建产妇护理服务满意度理论框架。结论产妇护理服务满意度框架的构建可引导护理人员根据产妇的护理诉求,制订个体化护理服务计划,采取针对性、实用性的干预策略,以满足产妇对护理服务的需求,提升其护理服务满意度。Objective To construct the theoretical framework of maternal nursing service satisfaction and provide reference for improving the quality of obstetric nursing service and maternal satisfaction.Methods The semi-structured in-depth interviews were conducted with 35 puerpera who were about to be discharged from the hospital,and relevant data on cognition,feelings and needs of puerperae on nursing services were collected,and grounded theory method was used to extract themes.Results The themes was influencing factors of maternal nursing service satisfaction.Six categories were extracted,including two core elements of safety and caring,two key elements of continuity and timeliness,and two basic elements of reliability and accessibility.Then the theoretical framework of maternity nursing service satisfaction was constructed based on these findings.Conclusion The construction of the maternal nursing service satisfaction framework can guide nursing staff to formulate individualized nursing service plans and take targeted and practical intervention strategies according to the nursing demands of puerpera,thus meeting the needs of puerpera′s nursing services and improve their satisfaction with the nursing services.
