疏血通注射液联合奥扎格雷钠治疗脑血栓患者的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的研究疏血通注射液和奥扎格雷钠治疗脑血栓的临床效果。方法70例脑血栓患者,以随机方法分为观察组与对照组,每组35例。对照组选择奥扎格雷钠进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合疏血通注射液进行治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果以及治疗前后的神经功能和躯体症状。结果治疗后,观察组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分(5.25±1.44)分、Rankin量表(MRS)评分(1.25±0.44)分均低于对照组的(9.13±1.22)、(3.02±0.41)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率88.57%明显高于对照组的62.86%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过奥扎格雷钠联合疏血通注射液治疗脑血栓可以有效提升患者的康复效果,改善患者的神经功能和躯体症状,值得推荐。Objective To study the clinical effect of Shuxuetong injection combined with ozagrel sodium in the treatment of patients with cerebral thrombosis.Methods A total of 70 patients with cerebral thrombosis were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ozagrel sodium,and the observation group was treated with Shuxuetong injection on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,and the neurological function and somatic symptoms before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score(5.25±1.44)points and modified Rankin scale(MRS)score(1.25±0.44)points of patients in the observation group were lower than(9.13±1.22)and(3.02±0.41)points in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 88.57%,wchih was significantly higher than 62.86%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of ozagrel sodium and Shuxuetong injection in the treatment of cerebral thrombosis can effectively improve the patient's rehabilitation effect and improve the patient's neurological function and physical symptoms.It is worth recommending.
