摘  要:目的:探讨CATA结合蛋白-6(GATA-6)和碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)基因在垂体瘤组织中的表达及与临床病理特征关系。方法:选取手术治疗的82例垂体瘤患者作为研究对象,收集手术切除的瘤组织与瘤旁正常组织,其中瘤组织设立为垂体瘤组,瘤旁正常组织设立为瘤旁正常组,对比不同组织的GATA-6、bFGF mRNA表达,观察不同临床特征垂体瘤患者的GATA-6、bFGF mRNA表达差异,并采用分层回归模型分析临床病理特征与GATA-6、bFGF mRNA的关系。结果:垂体瘤组的GATA-6、bFGF mRNA表达高于瘤旁正常组(均P<0.05)。垂体瘤组患者的激素分泌功能、垂体瘤形态、生长类型、Hardy-Wilson分级、生物学行为等不同临床特征的GATA-6、bFGF mRNA水平比较差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。分层回归分析显示,生长类型、Hardy-Wilson分级、生物学行为对GATA-6 mRNA产生显著的负向影响关系(均P<0.05);激素分泌功能、Hardy-Wilson分级、生物学行为对bFGF mRNA产生显著的负向影响关系(均P<0.05)。结论:GATA-6、bFGF mRNA在垂体瘤组织中呈异常表达,且其表达水平会受生长类型、Hardy-Wilson分级、生物学行为、激素分泌功能等临床病理特征的影响。Objective:To investigate the expression of GATA-binding protein-6(GATA-6)and basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF)in pituitary tumors and their relationship with clinicopathological characteristics.Methods:A total of 82 patients with pituitary tumors who underwent surgical treatment were selected as the research subjects,and the surgically resected tumor tissues(pituitary tumor group)and adjacent normal tissues(normal pituitary group)were collected.The expressions of GATA-6 and bFGF in two groups were compared.The differences in the expression of GATA-6 and bFGF in pituitary tumors patients with different clinical characteristics were observed.The association of clinicopathologic features with GATA-6 and bFGF was analyzed by using hierarchical regression model.Results:The expressions of GATA-6 mRNA and bFGF mRNA in pituitary tumor group were higher than those in normal pituitary group(all P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in GATA-6 mRNA and bFGF mRNA levels in the pituitary tumor group in terms of hormone secretion function,pituitary tumor morphology,growth type,Hardy-Wilson grading,biological behavior(all P<0.05).Hierarchical regression analysis showed that growth type,Hardy-Wilson grading and biological behavior had significant negative effects on GATA6 mRNA(all P<0.05);hormone secretion function,Hardy-Wilson grading and biological behavior had significant negative effects on bFGF mRNA(all P<0.05).Conclusion:GATA-6 and bFGF are abnormally expressed in pituitary tumors,and their expression levels are affected by clinicopathological characteristics such as growth type,Hardy-Wilson grading,biological behavior,and hormone secretion function.
