摘 要:城市轨道交通的快速发展缓解了城市交通拥堵、促进了公共交通优先发展,同时伴随着城市轨道交通发展延伸,轨道交通沿线站点的价值也日益突显。为助力实现“十四五”时期实现城市轨道交通进入运营转换期的高质量发展,基于城市轨道交通站点空间功能的总结,对站点功能及特点进行分析。同时提炼轨道交通站点的三种空间布局模式:TOD模式、毛细血管模式、哑铃型模式,探析3种模式的特点和适用条件。The rapid development of urban rail transit has eased urban traffic congestion and promoted the priority development of public transport.At the same time,with the development and extension of urban rail transit,the value of stations along the rail transit line has become increasingly prominent.In order to help realize the high-quality development of urban rail transit into the operation transition period during the"14th Five-Year Plan"period,based on the summary of the spatial functions of urban rail transit stations,the station functions and characteristics are analyzed.At the same time,three spatial layout modes of rail transit stations are extracted:TOD mode,capillary mode,dumbbell mode,and the characteristics and applicable conditions of the three modes are analyzed.
