摘  要:C海洋石油基地码头是件杂货性质综合服务型码头,其最大特征是交叉作业,各类服务相互关联和彼此制约。提高海洋石油基地码头服务效能,需用系统观点将关键因素考虑周全,方案设计中注重场景需要和作业安全,实施应用中关注效率效果和耐久性安全性。通过将场景需求和信息技术一体化融合,达到真正解决现场问题,提升服务效率的目的。"C"Offshore oil base wharf is a comprehensive service terminal with break-bulk cargo,which is characterized by crossoperation,and all kinds of services are interrelated and restricted by each other.In order to improve the service efficiency,key factors should be taken into consideration from a systematic perspective.In the schematic design,such factors as practical needs and operation safety are the most important.And in the implementation and application,attention should be paid to efficiency effect and durability safety.Through the integration of realistic scene requirements and appropriate information technology,it can truly solve on-site problems and improve service efficiency.
